制作莎莎酱:将所有材料混合并放入冰箱冷藏。To make the salsa: mix everything in a bowl and keep chilled.
准备一个烤盘,大火烧热后,将鸡肉每面烤5-6分钟至熟。Prepare a grill pan, put on high heat, then grill the chicken 5-6 minutes each side till all done.
完成后可以配以米饭,或用玉米饼包卷起来享用。Serve it on a bowl of rice or wrapped in a tortilla wrap.
